How to register and complete your course
Intro
You've got your access code. Here's exactly what happens on Contextual Consulting's site, step by step.
The whole process takes about ten minutes to set up, then the course is yours to work through at your own pace.
Before you start
Use the same email address you gave us. This is how your completion record gets matched to your HPCSA submission. Different
address, and we can't submit your points.
Only five courses are accredited. Contextual Consulting offers many workshops. Only the five listed on our on-demand training page carry HPCSA CPD points. Buying anything else means no South African CEUs.
Part 1 — Create your account and pay
1. Create a profile on Contextual Consulting
Go to contextualconsulting.co.uk and register. This gives you an account on their platform where your courses will live.
2. Find your course
Navigate to the workshop you want. Use the direct links on our access page to be sure you're on the right one.
3. Click "Register Now"
4. Under "attending", select "Me"
5. Click "Next: payment details" at the bottom of the page
6. Choose US Dollars as your currency
Their checkout offers dollars, pounds, euros and Australian dollars. Rand isn't available. Your bank converts at its own rate.
7. Complete the VAT fields
8. Click "Promotional Code" and enter your code
You will receive the promotional code by going to the courses on the On-demand-training page on our website Contextually Conscious and clicking on "Get your access code" for the course(s) you would like to take. If you do not have your access codes click the botton below (Email me my access codes)
9. Now continue with your application on Contextual Consulting by Clicking "Apply"
10. Check the code turned green
Green means it applied. If it didn't, stop and email us before paying — don't continue at full price
11. Click "Next: Payment Method"
12. Enter your card details and pay
Part 2 — Take the course
13. Look for the "Thanks for registering" email
It contains a link to "My Account".
14. Go to My Account, find your course, and click "View Course"
15. Work through the course at your own pace
Access runs for six months from purchase.
Part 3 — Get your certificate
This part is essential. Without it there's no completion record, and no CPD.16. Click "Certificate" and complete the post-test
17. Click "Give Feedback" and submit your feedback
18. Go to Certificate, then "On-demand certificate", and choose the APA version
19. Your certificate downloads immediately. Save it, then email it to us immediately (or at least within one week) at contextuallyconscious@gmail.com
20. We submit your CPD to the HPCSA
Nothing further needed from you.
Taking another course later?
Come back to our on-demand training page and register again, ticking the new course. Twenty seconds, same details.
Your registration is how we know to submit your CPD. If you take a course without registering it with us, we won't have a record of it
and can't submit your points.
If something goes wrong
Email us at contextuallyconscious@gmail.com. Common issues:

Code won't apply or doesn't turn green — don't pay. Contact us first.

Wrong code used — tell us straight away, before the payment settles.

Can't find the course in My Account — check the email address you registered with on their site.

Certificate won't download — make sure both the post-test and the feedback form are complete. Both are required.
